Ideal clothing for sessions on women include athletic shorts, sports bra or a two piece bathing suit. Men do well in athletic shorts and a t-shirt or comfortable bathing trunks and t-shirt.

In Office Sessions

Clients should bring with them or wear to the appointment loose athletic clothing, ideally shorts and a t-shirt or bathing suit. Please refrain from applying lotion beforehand.
