Payment
Payment is due at the time that your session is scheduled, either online or paid directly to your booking therapist at the time of booking. Credit, checks, digital payments and exact cash preferred. No tips, please. All sales are final. No refunds.
Reschedule Requests
Minimum 24 hours notice required reschedule an appointment. Change requests made within the 24 hour window may receive emailed guidance from your therapist during the booked hour on self-treatment techniques and considerations that support your treatment plan.
North Georgia Myofascial Release reserves the right to charge the credit card on file the full session fee for any cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and for any missed (“no-show”) appointments. Clients who cancel within the 24-hour window may still receive emailed guidance from their therapist during the originally booked time, offering self-treatment techniques and additional considerations to support their treatment plan.
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise. However, recurring late cancellations or repeated scheduling challenges place a strain on scheduling and care continuity for all our clients. North Georgia Myofascial Release reserves the right to discontinue care and terminate the client relationship in cases of repeated late cancellations and frequent scheduling challenges, at the practice’s discretion.
Late Arrivals
Clients forfeit any time remaining during their appointment time for which they arrive late.
By entering into treatment North Georgia Myofascial Release, LLC. (Company), I authorize the Company to charge my credit card for agreed upon services, fees and for cancellations according to the policy above. I understand that my information will be kept on file for future transactions on my account. I have also reviewed the above stated policies and agree to be charged appropriately should cancellations arise.
I know that I may cancel this authorization at any time by contacting North Georgia Myofascial Release, LLC. at (678) 262-8843 or admin@northgamfr.com. This authorization will remain in effect until canceled in writing.
